Meagan Monique Good was born August 8th, 1981 within the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle. Her mother was her manager during her teen years and to her dad Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. The actress began her career an actress at four years old. Her acting journey began by working as an actor in TV series such as Doogie Howser Amen, M.D. and Doogie Howser Amen. The first film she acted in, "Friday", was launched in the year 1995 when she turned 13. Her role as Cisely, a troubled teenager in Eve's Bayou (1997) garnered the attention of her peers. For this she was nominated for two awards which included the first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award Nomination. Good began with minor roles in film and on TV during a short period of time, and then moved into adult roles in the early 2000s. She appeared in the role of Nina in Cousin Skeeter, a Nickelodeon T.V. From 1998 to 2001, she appeared in the show "Cousin Skeeter". In addition, she was cast in minor roles in the film House Party down to the end of the Minute and 3 Strikes. In 2003, she played Vanessa Scott, a character in My Wife and Kids. The show featured her in D.E.B.S in 2004, an action comedy that saw the actress nominated as Best Actress in the Black Movie Awards of 2005. Then she appeared in movies like You Got Served The Cookout, Venom One Missed, call Waist Deep, as well as The Love Guru. Following a busy year on T.V. The actress played Mya, a multi-star in Think Like a Man as well as Ms. Stevens for Dysfunctional friends.
